All of our gowns are custom made. Once we have received your order we will email you a measurement form that you can take to a dressmaker to have yourself professionally measured or take the measurements yourself. This form has detailed instructions as to how to take the measurements. When you have completed the form email it back to us and we will have the gown made to your exact measurements. We do recommend that your measurements are taken by a professional dressmaker or seamstress, so that your measurements are exact. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct measurements as these are used to make your gown. If you have supplied Q Bridal with the incorrect measurements the gown cannot be returned or refunded.
We also have standard sizes available. Do not assume that your normal clothes size is the same as your gown size, we do recommend that you measure yourself first and compare your measurements to the size chart provided. If you have chosen the incorrect measurements or size the gown cannot be returned or refunded.
