No. Q Bridal is an online Store only. We are fully mobile service for Hair and Makeup.
Why are your prices discounted?
Since we are an online business and do not have a store or salon, we do not have
many overheads so that we can pass these savings onto our brides.
How long will it take to have my gown made?
Bridal, Bridesmaids, Flowergirl gowns and Mens Suits take 10-12 weeks to be made
and delivered. These times are a guide only. Variations outside our control may vary
delivery times. Please allow enough time before ordering your gowns.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for all other orders.
Why buy my wedding gown from Q Bridal?
There a lot of different sites offering ‘cheap’ wedding dresses. We deal directly with our
dressmakers and each and every gown is handmade to every order. We quality check
every one of our gowns to ensure your complete satisfaction. You deal directly with
the owners of Q Bridal, with all your emails or calls being answered within 24-48hrs.
Are you a dressmaker or seamstress?

Registered Australian Post. If you would like us to use a different service, please let us know at time of purchase.
What makeup products do you use?
At Q Bridal we use a range of products that over the years we have tried and tested for the best results. You can be assured that we use only professional products that give the best finish. The main brands used are: POLA, Mac, Napoleon and Kryolan.
Will the make-up last all day?
Yes, your make-up will last, however there are a few things that we would recommend. Have a good foundation to touch up with. It is likely that sometimes you will become sweaty, oily, cry etc. The foundation will be fine so just a touch of powder will keep it looking fresh. Lipstick or lip gloss is a must have for touch-ups. At your trial we can give you the name of the lip gloss & foundation that we used or you can arrange for us to get you some.
Does the Make-up have to be heavy for the photos?
No, it doesn't but it does have to be applied properly using the right products. A professional make-up artist knows how to make the most of your features, even out skin tone and make eyes stand out and still having natural fresh makeup. This is a very special day and you want to look your best for the photos.
Are there travel costs?
Yes there may be a small travel fee involved which will depend on how far the artist will be travelling. Parking costs will need to be covered. Please contact us for a quote.
